Sophie Hainsworth
I am Sophie Hainsworth, and welcome to my home on the web. I don’t really give myself a job title any more, as I believe it puts me in a box. I am simply a woman who supports people in transforming themselves, and their lives. I help people manage change, and I help people create things in their lives. I believe in creating things! I help people work out what they really want, and to have more of what they want. I absolutely believe in the power of real human support. I meet with people and we create the time and space to really get creative and figure out what they want to create, and how to create it. As a result of this working relationship, people usually feel more empowered, self aware, with an increased ability and determination to go out into the world and keep creating. Whilst I often take a deeper approach to helping people discover their blocks and their blindspots, I also believe that fun and creativity is an absolute necessity for healing, growth, and transformation. My depth, sensitivity and love of people, along with my great desire to bring more inspiration and colour into the world has lead me to this work that I love to do. I personally have made bold decisions in my life. I have always been adventurous, and each change has left me feeling more liberated, stronger, and more aware of just how powerful we are as human beings. Life is an absolute adventure, and my job is to facilitate that for as many people as possible.
